Sangeeta To Attend Film Screening At Lok Virsa Tomorrow

ISLAMABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 25th Nov, 2016 ) : National Institute of Folk and Traditional Heritage (Lok Virsa) Mandwa Film Club will organize screening of classic movie 'Mutthi Bhar Chawal' on Saturday at Virsa Media Center.
Renowned Filmmaker, Director, actress Sangeeta who acted in the movie, will be the chief guest on the occasion. The 1978 film Muthi Bhar Chawal was a huge success of Sangeeta. The film cast included Sangeeta, Ghulam Mohyedin, Nadeem, Kavita, Saqi, Romana, Rahat Kazmi and music composed by Kamal Ahmed.
Sangeeta is that one artist, who excels in all aspects of acting. She is known for her memorable roles in the four films below, which were directed by Rangeela: 'Subha ka tara', 'Ganwaar', 'Sona Chani' and 'Raja Rani'.
Through persistent hardwork and perseverance, Sangeeta reached the pinnacle of a remarkable career. She made a series of outstanding films in the 1970s and 1980s. Her fame continued to grow with every new movie.
The 1978 film 'Muthi bhar chawal' was a huge success. Cast, Sangeeta- Ghulam Mohyedin- Nadeem- Kavita- Saqi- Romana- Rahat Kazmi- Shehla Gul- Kamal Irani. Composer, Kamal Ahmed. She earned the Nigar Awards for best performance in number of films during her career.
