PESHAWAR, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 21st Jan, 2019 ) :Sarhad University Peshawar in collaboration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) will hold one day seminar on "Solid Waste Management" on Jan 24.
The seminar will highlight issues related to solid waste management in a comprehensive manner to address the issue.
It will help to increase the awareness among the attendees on the importance of this issue in context of world in general and Pakistan in particular.
The issue of amount of solid waste generated will be dwelled on and different modern tools available for estimation and optimum management of solid waste will be presented.
The second half of the seminar would present cost effective and safe ways of transfer, transport and disposal of solid waste.
