Saudi Arabia Government Decides To Issue E-Visa Facility To Pilgrims

The Saudi Arabia government has decided to provide E-Visa facility to Pakistani pilgrims those who willing to perform Hajj and Umrah in the current year
Islamabad (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 22nd April, 2019) The Saudi Arabia government has decided to provide E-Visa facility to Pakistani pilgrims those who willing to perform Hajj and Umrah in the current year.According to notification all the related people those who submitted their applications before April 20 for Hajj and Umrah were directed to contact Saudi Arabia embassy in this regard.Etimad has completed the Biometric verification process of 50% persons those who willing to perform Hajj this year.
The inner sources stated that every possible assistant were bring provided to applicants at every office of Etimad. According to the notification issued by Saudi Arabia embassy government has decided to provide E-Visa facility to Pakistani pilgrims.It further stated in the notification that these applications would provide basic information through automatic system and after that the applicants have to complete reaming form and then apply of electronic visa.
Sources stated that Etimad has completed the Biometric verification process of 50% persons those who willing to perform Hajj this year.
Prime Minister Imran Khan had earlier requested Saudi Crown Prince during his visit to Islamabad that Pakistani pilgrims should be facilitated in immigration process at their own country. The immigration facility was now being extended to Lahore and Islamabad, after Karachi.It was worth mentioned here that over 180,000 Pakistanis will perform Hajj this year.
At least 107,526 people will perform Hajj under the government scheme, and 71,684 people will go to Saudi Arabia under the private Hajj scheme.
