SDO Among 2 Held For Corruption

FAISALABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 07th Jan, 2017 ) : A team of Federal Investigation Authority (FIA) has arrested Sub-Divisional Officer (SDO) and line-man of Raza Abad subdivision of Faisalabad Electric Supply Company (FESCO) on charges of corruption and misappropriation.
A police spokesman said here Saturday that the FIA police had registered a case against Muhammad Yaseen, SDO Raza Abad, and Zahid Sarfraz, line-man, after receiving complaints that the accused had received bribe of millions of rupees from 28 FESCO consumers for installation of their domestic meters and from 23 consumers for approval of their domestic and commercial meters.
