Senate Body Discusses Transplantation Of Human Organs Tissues (amendment)

ISLAMABAD, Jan 4 (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 04th Jan, 2017 ) : Senate Standing Committee on National Health Services, Regulation and Coordination on Wednesday discussed "The Transplantation of Human Organs Tissues (amendment) bill, 2016 introduced by Senator Azam Khan Sawati in the Senate.
The meeting of the committee was held here under Chairmanship of Senator Sajjad Hussain Torri at Parliament House.
The committee expressed displeasure over absence of Secretary Capital Administration and Development Division (CADD) in the meeting and non provision of briefing papers in time.
The Chairman said due to use of narcotics in the educational institutions, the future generation would destroy adding the government departments should took strict action against them. Senators Mian Atique Sheikh, Khalida Parveen, Dr Ghous Muhammad Khan Niazi and Dr Ashok Kumar attended the meeting.
