Senate Body To Brief By Ministry Of Foreign Affairs

Senate Functional Committee on Human Rights on Monday will be briefed by the Ministry o Foreign Affairs regarding Pakistanis imprisoned abroad and actions taken to secure their release including provision of legal assistance to them.

ISLAMABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 14th Sep, 2018 ) :Senate Functional Committee on Human Rights on Monday will be briefed by the Ministry o Foreign Affairs regarding Pakistanis imprisoned abroad and actions taken to secure their release including provision of legal assistance to them.

The Committee meeting will be held under the Chairmanship of Senator Mustafa Nawaz Khokhar here at Parliament House.

The Committee will be also briefed by Chief Executive Officer, KElectric regarding the incident of electrocution in the Ahsanabad area of Karachi, wherein a minor eight year child, namely Umer, lost both arms and suffered severe bruns due to electric shock, said a notice of Senate Secretariat on Friday .
