Seven Dead As Pickup Falls Into Ghizer River

At least seven people drowned on Thursday after a pickup plunged into Ghizer River at Hopar area. Rescue teams arrived at the scene immediately and shifted the bodies to District Headquarter (DHQ) hospital Gahkoch
GILGIT, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 01st Feb, 2018 ) At least seven people drowned on Thursday after a pickup plunged into Ghizer River at Hopar area. Rescue teams arrived at the scene immediately and shifted the bodies to District Headquarter (DHQ) hospital Gahkoch.
As per details, the deceased were returning to their homes after attending three-day tableeghi ijtama. All the seven people belonged to the same village Hatoon. Their bodies were sent to their native village for burial after post-mortem.
