Seven Pakistani Servicemen, Including Commander, Killed In Clash With Militants - Reports

MOSCOW (UrduPoint News / Sputnik - 23rd September, 2018) Seven Pakistani security officers, including the commander, were killed in a clash with militants during an anti-terrorist operation in the North Waziristan area on the border with Afghanistan, local media reported Saturday.
The operation was launched after information was received about a group of terrorists who crossed the border from Afghanistan and hid in Pakistan, the Daily Pakistan newspaper reported citing a statement by the Pakistani Armed Forces.
It is reported that nine militants were killed during the shootout, they are now being identified.
