SHC Adjourns Hearing Pertaining To Gohar Ullah Till Nov 30

KARACHI, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 23rd Nov, 2016 ) : The Sindh High Court (SHC) Wednesday adjourned the hearing of a petition pertaining to Gohar Ullah, the sitting president of Hyderabad Chamber of Commerce and Industries and the Director of M/S Fateh Textile Mills Hyderabad, till November 30.
A two-judge bench headed by Mr.
Justice Naimatullah Phulpoto heard the petition filed by the petitioner against his custody by the National Accountability Bureau (NAB). The petitioner, who is presently in NAB custody, prayed the court to quash his arrest and all proceedings regarding his apprehension. After partial hearing of the petition the court adjourned the case for November 30.
