Shehbaz Sharif Files Nomination Papers For NA-124, NA-132

PML-N President Shehbaz Sharif on Monday filed nomination papers for National Assembly seats NA-124 (Lahore) and NA-132 (Lahore) to take part in the upcoming general election 2018.

LAHORE, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 11th Jun, 2018 ) :PML-N President Shehbaz Sharif on Monday filed nomination papers for National Assembly seats NA-124 (Lahore) and NA-132 (Lahore) to take part in the upcoming general election 2018.

Shehbaz Sharif filed the nomination papers through his representative, Rao Shahabud Din, with the returning officer.

PTI Chairman Imran Khan also filed nomination papers for National Assembly seat NA-131 (Lahore).

Besides the PML-N president and PTI chairman, the other prominent candidates who filed their nomination papers are Hamza Shehbaz for NA-132 and PP-164, Maryam Nawaz for PP-173, Sardar Ayaz Sadiq for NA-125 and NA-133, Khawaja Saad Rafique for NA-131, Khawaja Salman Rafique for PP-158, Sohail Zia Butt for NA-133.

It is pertinent to mention here that the filing of nomination papers concluded on Monday whereas last date for scrutiny of nomination papers by the Returning Officers would be June 19.
