Shoaib Siddiqui Issues Directives For Activation Of Project Management And Evaluation Cell In Communications Ministry

Federal Secretary Communications Shoaib Ahmed Siddiqui Wednesday directed to activate Project Monitoring and Evaluation Cell (PME-Cell) urgently so that Development Projects executed by this Ministry's attached Departments are monitored effectively and diligently.

ISLAMABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 12th Sep, 2018 ) :Federal Secretary Communications Shoaib Ahmed Siddiqui Wednesday directed to activate Project Monitoring and Evaluation Cell (PME-Cell) urgently so that Development Projects executed by this Ministry's attached Departments are monitored effectively and diligently.

The evaluation cell will effectively monitor projects executed under the department's authority with proper cost and time benefits,said a press release issued here.

The functioning of such a cell in the technical ministry is all the more necessary under terms of the Executive Committee of the National Economic Council's (ECNEC) decision.

This step will help in proper execution and cost and time benefits.
