SI Arrested On Corruption Charges

FAISALABAD, Nov 5 (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 5th Nov, 2018 ) ::Anti-Corruption Establishment arrested a Sub Inspector (SI) on the charge of taking illegal gratification.

According to ACE sources, a citizen filed a complaint alleging that SI Muhammad Boota of City Kamalia police station demanded Rs 10,000 as bribe for a legal work.

On this complaint, ACE team headed by Circle Officer Anti-corruption Toba Tek Singh and first class Magistrate Muhammad Usman conducted a raid and nabbed SI Muhammad Boota red-handed while receiving bribe.

The raiding team recovered marked Currency notes from the possession of the accused while further investigationis under progress.
