Sindh High Court Rejects Petitions Against Acceptance Of Nomination Forms Of 15 Candidates

The Sindh High Court Hyderabad Circuit Bench here Thursday dismissed 15 more petitions which were challenging the acceptance of the nomination forms and subsequent decision of the election tribunal of certain candidates.

HYDERABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 19th Jul, 2018 ) :The Sindh High Court Hyderabad Circuit Bench here Thursday dismissed 15 more petitions which were challenging the acceptance of the nomination forms and subsequent decision of the election tribunal of certain candidates.

According to details, the court dismissed the petitions praying disqualification of some of the election candidates on the grounds that the petitioners failed to substantiate their allegations with evidence.

Pakistan Peoples Party's (PPP) candidates for NA seats from Tando Allahyar, Jamshoro and Mirpurkhas districts including Zulfiqar Bachani,Sikandar Rahupto and Syed Qurban Shah are among the prominent candidates whose disqualification was prayed.

Earlier on Wednesday, the SHC dismissed 20 identical petitions for the disqualification of the candidates for want of evidence.
