Sindh High Court Suspends DRO' Decision To Change 111 Polling Stations

The Sindh High Court here Friday suspended the decision of District Returning Officer of Tharparkar of changing the polling stations.
HYDERABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 20th Jul, 2018 ) :The Sindh High Court here Friday suspended the decision of District Returning Officer of Tharparkar of changing the polling stations.
In a petition filed by Rasool Bux Rahimon, the SHC suspended the DRO's decision of changing 111 polling stations in NA 221 and PS 54 Constituencies in Tharparkar district.
The petitioner through his counsel Nazeer Ahmed Bhatti Advocate, claimed that the location hadbeen changed to favour certain candidates. He further maintained that the changed polling stations were far away from the residence of the local voters.
