Ameer, Jamaat e Islami, Pakistan, Senator Sirajul Haq, has said that the rulers would have to opt the respectable path of self reliance instead of looking up to others in order to steer the country out of present difficulties
LAHORE (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News / NNI - 15th February, 2019) Ameer, Jamaat e Islami, Pakistan, Senator Sirajul Haq, has said that the rulers would have to opt the respectable path of self reliance instead of looking up to others in order to steer the country out of present difficulties. He was addressing a big Friday congregation at Mansoora mosque.Sirajul Haq said that the rulers tendency of approaching the IMF and other financial institutions instead of seeking help from Almighty Allah had not left any sense of honour with the nation.
He said that in order to get out of the economic crisis, the government would have to switch over to the interest free Islamic economic system which also ensured equitable distribution of the resources.
He also talked to a delegation of the JI youth led by its chief Zubair Gondal. The JI chief said that Pakistani young men had earned name all over the world due to their talent and hard work. However, he said, that the exploitative system in the country did not allow them to come forward.
The corrupt and tyrant feudal lords and capitalists were dominant in every walk of life due to their power of their wealth. These people managed to reach the corridors of power through rigging in the elections. He said the present government had also come to power with the slogans of change and reforms and Prime Minister Imran Khan had been terming the IMF loan as suicide.
However, he said, now the PTI leadership had forgotten all its election promises and slogans.
Sirajul Haq said the western countries were not ready to accept islam as a dominant power. The west wanted Islam to be confined to the mosque having nothing to do with politics and that was why the west had promoted the concept of Sufi Islam.
He said the west considered the upholders of political Islam and those desiring to adopt Islam as a system of life, as their enemy.Sirajul Haq said that Islam wanted domination and supremacy in the world whereas the west wanted Islam to remain subservient. The JI chief said that unfortunately, the Pakistani rulers also considered Islam as the greatest threat to themselves.
That was why they were adopting different tactics to keep the Ulema and ideological people from the corridors of power. He said that the rulers had made politics something condemnable although politics was the job of the prophets of Allah and it implied reforming the society and the human beings.
He said the Pharohas and the Yazeeds of the present era wanted to keep the entire system within their hands in order to continue their domination over the common people. He said that the JI was striving for the supremacy of Islam and the Nizam e Mustafa and the masses should come out and support the JI for the change and the solution of their problems. He urged the nation and the youth to stand by the JI in order to break the chaisn of slavery and to buildteh socoieyt onteh basis if justice and f merit.
