Six HESCO Officials Booked For Forcefully Entering In Closed House

HYDERABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 18th Nov, 2018 ) :The Hyderabad police have booked 6 officials of Hyderabad Electric Supply Company (HESCO) in an FIR on the court's order.
According to the B-Section police station, where the FIR had been registered on complaint of advocate Syed Gohar Ali, Executive Engineer Zafar Solangi, Sub Divisional Officers Manzoor Elahi and Noor Muhammad Nizamani and three others had been booked.
The officers had been charged under sections 34, 380, 452, 454 and 506 of Pakistan Penal Code (PPC).
The lawyer accused them for forcefully entering in his closed home when his family was out of town.
He claimed that he along with his family were in Karachi on November 5 when the team of HESCO led by Solangi came to his home.
He added the team broke padlock of his home and entered in their absence.The lawyer accused the team of stealing 48 grams of gold, Rs100,000 cash, a laptop and an LED television set.He further claimed that his electric supply connection had also been severed.
