Solid Measures Stressed For Resolving Problems Of District Headquarters (DHQ)

Parliamentary Secretary for Water and Power Gilgit-Baltistan (GB), Major (Retd) Muhammad Amin on Friday underlined the need for taking tangible measures to resolve long-pending problems of the District Headquarters (DHQ), Skardu.
PESHAWAR, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 16th Nov, 2018 ) :Parliamentary Secretary for Water and Power Gilgit-Baltistan (GB), Major (Retd) Muhammad Amin on Friday underlined the need for taking tangible measures to resolve long-pending problems of the District Headquarters (DHQ), Skardu.
Talking to media persons, he said the GB government would give priority to improve condition of the health sector.The chief minister should take notice of hospital's pathetic position and provide funds for resolving its problems.
He said the hospital was short of medicines and the area people were facing problems in its wake.
Therefore, elected political representatives of the district should make efforts for equipping the hospital with all basic requirements including adequate stocks of medicines, he added.
He also lauded services of the governor GB for the development of the area, saying that the incumbent governor had always taken up issues of the area at all relevant forums and taken concrete measures for addressing those issues.
