Spanish Ambassador Calls On KP Governor

PESHAWAR,(UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 29th july,2016) : Ambassador of Spain to Pakistan, Carlos Cesar Morales Sanchez called on the Governor Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Engr. Iqbal Zafar Jhagra here at Governor's House, Peshawar on Friday. He remained with the Governor for some time and discussed matters of mutual interest with special reference to the situation in the region. The Governor also highlighted the steps underway for ensuring sustainable peace and stability particularly in FATA and pointed out that government is taking the respective people along in all its measures for ensuring better future for them.

Talking on various points, the governor also apprised the ambassador about the steps and endeavors of the government to ensure the dignified return and rehabilitation of TDPs in FATA. He said socio-economic uplift of the people of FATA will continue to remain a top priority with special focus on improvement and provision of better health and educational facilities to the tribesmen.

Governor also welcomed the International community for their support in further strengthening the ongoing efforts of the government in this regard.
