Special envoys to inform world about situation in Kashmir: Hiraj

ISLAMABAD,(UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News -2nd Sep,2016) : Member National Assembly Raza Hayat Hiraj said the aim of sending special envoys by Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif to various countries is to expose the real face of India and apprise about the present situation in Indian Occupied Kashmir.

Talking to APP, he said it is moral obligation of Pakistan to expose Indian atrocities in Occupied Kashmir. The effects of our visits will become evident during the meetings of United Nations General Assembly where the Prime Minister will exchange views with world leaders, he added.

Hiraj is the Prime Minister's special envoy for Moscow and will inform the international community about the oppression unleashed by Indian in Occupied Kashmir against innocent and unarmed Kashmiris.

The visits will be undertaken around the world to tell that India, which called itself a big democracy, was involved in human rights violations in Occupied Kashmir. He said Indian forces were using those weapons against peaceful protestors in Indian Kashmir, which were even not used against animals.

Both opposition and government have similarity of views on Kashmir issue, he said adding United Nations and the world community have accepted Kashmiris right to self-determination and it is an unfinished agenda of partition of sub-continent.

Hiraj said the liberation movement of Kashmiris was indigenous and home grown and Pakistan will continue to extend moral, political and diplomatic support to Kashmiris. The international community has to play its role on Kashmir issue to promote peace in the region instead of remaining a silent spectator, he added.

He said instead of mutual hostility, countries of the region have to turn direction of its resources towards progress and prosperity of people. He stressed on resolution of bilateral disputes through talks and said India should shun its stubborn attitude and come to the negotiating table in the larger interest of people.
