SSP West Pays Surprise Visit To Police Stations

Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) district West Shiukat Ali Khatain paid a surprise visit to Orangi Town, Mominabad, Iqbal Market, Pakistan Bazar, Saeedabad, Madina Colony and Baldia Town police stations.

KARACHI, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 13th Nov, 2018 ) :Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) district West Shiukat Ali Khatain paid a surprise visit to Orangi Town, Mominabad, Iqbal Market, Pakistan Bazar, Saeedabad, Madina Colony and Baldia Town police stations.

The SSP checked daily entry register and lockup of the police stations and directed the SHOs to accelerate efforts for the arrest of criminals, including proclaimed offenders and court absconders, said police officials on Tuesday.

He said an effective strategy was vital to control crime and also ordered that a professional as well as responsible attitude be adopted to mitigate sufferings of people.

He advised police officials to be polite while dealing with complainants and urged all the cops to respect their seniors and subordinates.

He made it clear that the policy of zero tolerance would be pursued against corruption in the police department.
