SSUET To Use EDU SMARTZ Platform To Enhance Efficiency

KARACHI, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 6th May, 2021 ) :Sir Syed University of Engineering and Technology (SSUET) signed an agreement with e-Creatorz, an ICT organization-that will allow SSUET to implement and use the eDU SMARTZ Academic Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) developed by EC.
Registrar SSUET, Engr. Syed Sarfraz Ali and CEO of e-Creatorz Sameer Shamsi signed the agreement in a ceremony held here on Thursday. Vice Chancellor SSUET Prof. Dr. Wali Uddin, Deans of Faculties and Chairpersons of all departments were also present at the occasion.
EC will facilitate the implementation of ERP at SSUET and will also ensure the deliverance of extensive training to SSUET staff through experienced trainers for each program or module throughout the implementation phase.
As per agreement, SSUET will have access to the ERP system that offers numerous benefits such as student facilitation from admission to graduation, Finance, HR, Procurement and Inventory modules. The system would optimize SSUET processes for efficient delivery of services through information sharing and standardization while it will also boost the efficiency of SSUET by automating data collection, enabling greater visibility into different parts of the business that are critical for meeting customer needs besides enabling better reporting and planning due to enhanced data visibility.
