Step Afoot For Promotion Of Sport In Balochistan: Minister

Balochistan Minister for Public Health Engineering (PHE) Haji Noor Muhammad Khan Dummar Tuesday said all the possible measures were being taken for the development of his constituency along with other areas for ensuring provision of basic facilities to public.

QUETTA, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 4th Dec, 2018 ) :Balochistan Minister for Public Health Engineering (PHE) Haji Noor Muhammad Khan Dummar Tuesday said all the possible measures were being taken for the development of his constituency along with other areas for ensuring provision of basic facilities to public.

He expressed these views while addressing a ceremony of final match of cricket tournament at Government Cricket Ground in Ziarat, said a press release issued here.

He said a number of development projects were initiated by the provincial government to provide the basic facilities to the masses. The government was also focusing on sports for ensuring healthy society in the areas.

The minister stressed the youth to take part in sports along with their study to bring laurel for the country.

He said the talented youth would be encouraged at each forum to enhance their capabilities, saying that young people would be provide sports opportunities at local level.

"Games make a pleasant impact on life of a person", he said.

The minister also announced cash prize of Rs, 50,000 to be distributed among players of cricket tournament.

Local Administrations, teachers, political leaders, tribal elders were also present on the occasion.
