SU VC Calls On General Officer Commanding Hyderabad

HYDERABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 17th May, 2017 ) : The Vie Chancellor University of Sindh Prof. Dr. Fateh Muhammad Burfat Wednesday held a meeting with the General Officer Commanding Hyderabad Major General Muhammad Ali and discussed at length the law and order as well as available infrastructure and other issues of the university and its campuses.

According to university spokesman, the Vice Chancellor informed the GOC Hyderabad that the university management has requested the government for development of infrastructure as well as repair of roads and provision of transport facilities in the university.

He said the university students were patriotic and had been engaged in acquiring higher education with research activities in well discipline manner and in peaceful atmosphere under supervision of qualified teachers, researchers and scientists.

The university is the hub of knowledge not only for the students of the country but also for male and female students of other countries of the world. He said that the university management needs the support from all stakeholders so that the standard of the campuses could be brought at the par with renowned universities of the world.

The GOC Hyderabad said that youth are the future of Pakistan and there was the need that quality education could be provided to them so that they could be able to shoulder their responsibilities for the betterment of the country.

While extending full support to Vice Chancellor, the GOC assured that efforts would be made to ensure a developed infrastructure in the university with provision of all required facilities so that the students could not face any difficulty in acquiring quality education.
