Supreme Court Adjourns NA-267 Election Matter Till Date In Office

The Supreme Court on Thursday adjourned hearing of NA-267 election matter over absence of Yar Muhammad Rind's counsel Latif Khosa for an indefinite period

ISLAMABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 19th Sep, 2019 ) :The Supreme Court on Thursday adjourned hearing of NA-267 election matter over absence of Yar Muhammad Rind's counsel Latif Khosa for an indefinite period.

A three-member bench of the apex court headed by Justice Umar Ata Bandial and comprising Justice Faisal Arab and Justice Ijaz Ul Ahsan heard the case.

During the course of proceedings, Justice Umar Ata Bandial expressed annoyance over absence of Yar Muhammad Rind's counsel Latif Khosa and asked where is the counsel?The assistant for Latif Khosa said that Latif Khosa's condition was not good so he could not appear before the court.

The court asked both parties to attend next hearing with proper preparation of the case.
