Swiss Ambassador Inaugurates Micro Hydro Powerhouse At Yarkhun Valley

CHITRAL, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 22nd Apr, 2018 ) ::Ambassador of Switzerland Thomas Kolly here Sunday inaugurated the newly constructed 800KV micro hydro powerhouse by Aga Khan Rural Support Program (AKRSP) with financial assistance of Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC).

Addressing on the occasion chief guest Thomas Kolly highly appreciated local people and AKRSP for their hard work and passion and said the power house would bring positive changes in socio economics condition of area people and would solve the problem of low voltage of electricity.

Deputy Country Head of SDC Deniel Angeloguseppe, Senior Program Officer SDC Sana Omar, Muzafarud Din General Manager AKRSP, Akhtar Iqbal Chief Executive Aga Khan Foundation and Program Manager AKRSP Engr.
