Tayyaba Torture Case: IHC Asks To Frame Charge Sheet Against Accused

ISLAMABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 16th May, 2017 ) : Islamabad High Court (IHC) Tuesday asked the quarters concerned to frame a charge sheet against an Officer on Special Duty Judge Raja Khurram Ali Khan and his wife Maheen Zafar in Tayyaba 10-year-old housemaid torture case.
Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani while announcing reserved verdict, rejected the application for reconciliation between the parents of Tayyaba and the accused. The bench also directed the witnesses in the case to record their statements. However the couple have rejected the allegation. On May 10, the IHC reserved the verdict over reconciliation in Tayyaba torture case.
