Non regularization of the service of teachers who were transferred to Federal Directorate of Education (FDE) Islamabad since long from other departments on deputation under wedlock policy has caused embarrassment among them
ISLAMABAD (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 26th March, 2019) Non regularization of the service of teachers who were transferred to Federal Directorate of education (FDE) Islamabad since long from other departments on deputation under wedlock policy has caused embarrassment among them.As per media reports over 250 teachers of different grades are performing their duties in FDE under wedlock policy but they have not been regularized.
A good number among these teachers are those who have completed their 10 to 15 years service on deputation in FDE and they fulfill all the requirements of wedlock policy introduced in 2013.
Despite this fact they are not being regularized. It is pertinent to mention here that over 1000 posts of teachers of different grades are lying vacant in FDE and against these seats the teachers can be regularized but nothing is being done on this count. The teachers working on deputation have demanded for regularization of their services as per wedlock policy-2013.
