Terrorist Awarded 21 Years Jail In Sargodha

A Judge of Anti Terrorist Court (ATC) Atiqur Rehman Bhinder awarded collective 21 years jail imprisonment to an accused involved in terrorist activities

SARGODHA, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 24th Apr, 2019 ) :A Judge of Anti Terrorist Court (ATC) Atiqur Rehman Bhinder awarded collective 21 years jail imprisonment to an accused involved in terrorist activities.

Court sources said on Wednesday that on February 01,in 2018, Counter Terrorist Department (CTD) Faisalabad team conducted raid at a house in Sargodha and arrested accused Habibur Rehman and recovered ammunition from his possession.

Police registered case against the accused under terrorism act and presented challans in ATC Sargodha. After completion of arguments the court awarded 21 years rigorous imprisonment to accused and confiscated his property.
