QUETTA, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 10th Feb, 2018 ) :Home Minister Sarfaraz Khan Bugti said on Saturday terrorists wanted to downturn the morale of Police department by targeting Funerals, police stations and other important official buildings'.
While talking to Police officials and personals at Police line Station Quetta here today He said "We will not take one inch behind our goals in fight against terrorism' and lauded the sacrifices given by police officers.
However, none of the Baloch police officers resigned, and in fact children of the martyrdom police officers have joined police department and raised the morale of the police department and country.
The minister said that the families of martyrdoms are our responsibilities and will be well-prone to this responsibility.
Sarfaraz Bugti insisted that police personnel to fulfil duties honestly and avoid use of mobile phones during duty hours.
He said that the ongoing war against terrorism is a big challenge and every young man of Balochistan needs to face it. Baluchistan police is on the target of terrorists and police personnel have to fight terrorism with courage, dignity and humility.
He said that there is a significant difference in the 2013 and today's police, before it was a difficult task for police and security officers to offer their duties on highways and checkpoints. Today, the peace and security situation has improved.
