This Is What Saudi Crown Prince Gave To Pakistan During His Visit

Saudi Crown Prince showed many goodwill gestures towards Pakistan.
Islamabad (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News – 19th February, 2019) Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman was in Pakistan on two-day visit.
The visit is being termed successful as the Saudi crown prince signed agreements of heavy investments in Pakistan. Not only that, he also showed many goodwill gestures towards Pakistan.
Here is a list of all the things Mohammed bin Salman gave to Pakistan during his visit:
MoUs and Oil Refinery
During the visit, Riyadh and Islamabad signed agreements worth $20 billion. Saudi Arabia has also vowed to build a $10 billion oil refinery in Gwadar.
Seven bilateral agreements, mostly energy-related, were signed.
These agreements included the supply of oil and oil products from Saudi Arabia, as well as MOUs on development of oil refining and petrochemistry, electricity and renewable energy sources in Pakistan.
Releasing Pakistani prisoners
As Saudi Crown Prince was in Pakistan, he ordered the release of Pakistani prisoners in Saudi jails.
Upon the request of Prime Minister Imran Khan, Mohammed bin Salman ordered the immediate release of 2107 Pakistani prisoners Saudi Jails.
Hospital in KP
The Saudi crown prince announced making a health care centre in KP to be named after Farman Khan.
Farman Khan gave up his life while rescuing 14 people in the floods that had hit Jeddah in 2009.
The hospital will benefit thousands of Pakistanis.
Gifts
The Saudi crown prince came to Pakistan bearing expensive gifts. The Saudi crown prince gave gifts worth Rs 6.35 million.
The gifts included a Rolex watch, a gold pen studded with gems, gold cufflinks, a rosary and a gold ring.
Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman has announced to build a hospital in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP).
No Saudi Immigration for Pakistanis
Mohammed bin Salman also accepted Prime Minister Khan’s request to provide immigration to Pakistani Hajj pilgrims in Pakistan.
Prime Minister Khan had requested him to provide travel and residence facilities to Pakistani Hajj pilgrims in Saudi Arabia.
Approving the request, the Saudi crown prince announced that Pakistan Hajj pilgrims will have their immigration for Saudia Arabia done in Pakistan.
At least 29,000 Hajj pilgrims will have their immigration for Saudi Arabia done at Karachi airport this year.
