Three Days International Conference On Energy, Environment And Sustainable Development-2018 To Start From Dec 14

The Energy Environmental Engineering Research Group (EEERG) is organizing the 5th edition of the International Conference on Energy, Environment and Sustainable Development-2018 (EESD-2018) at Mehran University of Engineering and Technology (MUET), Jamshoro district.
According to the MUET's spokesman, the 3-day conference would commence from November 14 after an opening ceremony at the auditorium of US Pakistan Center for Advanced Studies in Water at MUET.
He informed that Chief Minister Sindh Syed Murad Ali Shah had been invited as the chief guest of the event.
He told that more than 10 international keynote speakers from USA, South Korea, Egypt, Thailand, Malaysia, Australia, China, Hong Kong, Germany, and Kazakhstan would speak at the conference.
In addition, various renowned national speakers from academia and industry such as World Wildlife Fund (WWF), Alternative Energy Department (AED) Sindh, Pakistan Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Pakistan Council of Research in Water Resources (PCRWR), Centre of Excellence for China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CoE-CPEC), Pakistan Institute of Development Economics (PIDE), Ministry of Planning, Development and Reforms, Pakistan Institute of Engineering and Applied Sciences (PIEAS), Sustainable Development Policy Institute [SDPI] Pakistan and Pakistan Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (PCSIR) Labs Complex, Karachi, would also share their researches and presentations.
The spokesman said the conference aimed to provide a platform for researchers, engineers, scientists and academicians as well as industrial professionals from all over the world to present their research contribution and development activities in the Energy Sector.
The EESD-2018 would provide opportunities for the delegates to exchange new ideas and application experiences face to face, to establish technology based entrepreneurial opportunities, business or research relations and to find global partners for future collaboration for advanced knowledge economy in the field of energy, environment and sustainable development, he added.
