Three Women Among 435 Candidates File Nomination Papers For 16 PK Seats In Erstwhile Fata

As many as 435 candidates including three women have filed nomination papers for 16 PK seats in the Khyber Pakthunkhwa Assembly of erstwhile Fata where election was due in July 2, 2019
PESHAWAR, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 13th May, 2019 ) :As many as 435 candidates including three women have filed nomination papers for 16 PK seats in the Khyber Pakthunkhwa Assembly of erstwhile Fata where election was due in July 2, 2019.
According to Provincial Election Commission, as many as 25 candidates have filed nomination papers for PK100 Bajaur-I, 41 for PK 101 Bajaur-II and 21 PK 21 Bajaur-III constituencies.
Likewise, 22 candidates have filed nomination papers for PK 103 Mohmand-I and 28 for PK-104 Mohmand-II.
For three Constituencies of PK 104Khyber-I, PK 106 Khyber-II and PK 107 PK-III, a total of 27, 28 and 30 filed nomination papers.
As many as 42 candidates have filed papers for PK 108 Kurram-I and 21 for PK 109 Kurram-II whereas only 26 candidates will try their luck on lone constituency of PK 110 constituency of Orakzai.
As many as 28 candidates are in run for PK 111 North Wazirstan-I and 24 for PK112 North Waziristan-II whereas 35 candidates filed papers for PK 113 South Waziristan-I and 22 for PK-114 South Waziristan-II. A total of 13 candidates will try their luck for lone PK 115 of ex-Frontier Regions.
Three female candidates one each in PK 103 Mohmand, PK 106 Khyber and PK-109 North Waziristan have filed their papers. As many as 30 women have filed papers for women and nine for minority reserved seats.
