Tribesmen Will Be Provided Health Cards: KP Governor

Governor Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Shah Farman has said that health cards will be provided to the residents of tribal districts of the province to facilitate them in availing health care facilities.
PESHAWAR, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 15th Oct, 2018 ) :Governor Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Shah Farman has said that health cards will be provided to the residents of tribal districts of the province to facilitate them in availing health care facilities.
Further, he said, all possible measures will also be taken to bring the tribal districts at par with developed parts of the country as per aspirations of the respective tribal people and their elected representatives.
This, he stated wile presiding over a high level meeting at Governor's House, Peshawar wherein various ways and means were reviewed to resolve difficulties and problems being faced by the people of tribal districts.
Federal Minister for Religious Affairs, Dr. Noorul Haq Qadri; MNAs Sajid Khan Mohmand, Muhammad Iqbal Khan, Munir Orakzai Abdul Shakoor and Sajid Hussain Turi as well as Senators including Haji Aurangzeb and Momin Khan Afridi besides Principal Secretary to Governor, Nizam Uddin and other concerned senior officials were in meeting with the Governor here Monday.
Expressing his views on the occasion, the Governor said, the fate of the tribesman could be changed toa great extent by fully capitalizing the available natural resources in the area and the government is already doing its best for this purpose. This, he remarked, is also the best option to generate additional employment opportunities.
Meanwhile, the meeting reviewed various issues relating to legalizing the revival of tribal Jirga system, restoration of the scholarships of the tribal students and determining the share of tribal people in the NFC Award in particular.
