Two Civil Judges Promoted In Peshawar

Two civil judges were promoted to the post of senior civil judges with immediate effect.

PESHAWAR, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 24th Sep, 2018 ) :Two civil judges were promoted to the post of senior civil judges with immediate effect.

In exercise of the powers conferred by the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Judicial Service Rules, 2001 and on the recommendation of the Departmental promotion/Administration Committee, the Chief Justice Peshawar High Court, Peshawar has promoted two Civil Judges/Judicial Magistrate/Illaqa Qazi (BPS-18) namely Mr. Muhammad Asif and Mr. Muhammad Asghar Ali to the post of Senior Civil Judges/A'ala Illaqa Qazi ( BPS-19), with immediate effect.

Meanwhile, In exercise of the powers conferred by the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Judicial Service Rules, 2001 and on the recommendation of the Departmental promotion/Administration Committee, the Chief Justice Peshawar High Court, Peshawar has promoted four Senior Civil Judges/ A'ala Illaqa Qazi (BPS-19) namely Syed Iftekhar Shah, Mr.

Ajmal Tahir, Mr. Ahmad Ihesan ullah Qureshi and Mr. Adil Zeib Khan, to the post of Additional District & Sessions judges/Izafi Zilla Qaizi ( BPS-20), with effect from 9th July, 2018, the date when their promotion was deferred during previous meeting of the Administration Committee. It was notified by Registrar Peshawar High Court Peshawar. This was officially notified heretoday.
