Two killed in road mishap in Muzaffargarh

MUZAFFARGARH, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 5th Aug, 2024) Two people including a 14-year-old boy were killed in a collision between a truck and a car in Muzaffargarh, on Monday.

According to the Rescue 1122 Control Room, the accident took place in the Ada Pakhtunabad suburb of Tehsil Chowk Sarwar Shaheed in Kot Addu.

The victims were identified as 14-year-old Mohammad Amir son of Mohammad Sabir and 40-year-old Mohammad Baqir son of a resident of Multan city.

The rescue team was immediately dispatched to the accident site upon receiving the information.

Muhammad Shafi died on the spot and the rescue staff covered the bodies with a sheet and shifted them to the Tehsil Headquarters Hospital in Chowk Sarwar Shaheed.

The police were also informed and arrived at the scene to investigate the incident.
