The police in Bannu Cantonment area have arrested 17 suspected people including two proclaimed offenders during a search and strike drive against anti-social elements in its vicinity
BANNU, , (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 14th Jan, 2019 ) :The police in Bannu Cantonment area have arrested 17 suspected people including two proclaimed offenders during a search and strike drive against anti-social elements in its vicinity.
The operation was conducted on instructions issued by DPO Bannu, Yasir Afridi in which DSP Cantt, Murad Ali Khan and SHO Cantt, Tariq Mehmood along with police force, QRF and lady police raided different suspicious localities in their area.
During the operation 17 suspects including two proclaimed offenders were taken into custody from whom four pistols, one repeater, 12 bore file and hundreds of cartridges were also recovered.
Police also recovered 2224gm hashish and 28 bottles of liquor during the operation.
