Two Senior Engineers Of Communication And Works Dept. Promoted To BPS-20

The two senor officers of provincial Communication and Works (C&W) Department Engr. Shahab Khattak and Engr. Shahid Hussain have been promoted to BPS 20 by the Provincial Selection Board in its recently held meeting, official sources informed.

PESHAWAR, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 18th Sep, 2018 ) :The two senor officers of provincial Communication and Works (C&W) Department Engr. Shahab Khattak and Engr. Shahid Hussain have been promoted to BPS 20 by the Provincial Selection board in its recently held meeting, official sources informed.

Engr. Shahab Khattak is presently serving as Secretary C&W and Engr. Shahid Hussain as Director Maintenance Pakhtunkhwa Highway Authority (PkHA).

With the promotion of Engr. Shahab Khattak and Engr. Shahid Hussain, the strength of the BPS-20 officers in C&W Department has reached to five as against the six sanctioned strength of BPS-20 officers.

Engr. Muhammad Uzair (Chief Engineer Fata), Engr. Tariq Khan (Chief Engineer C&W North) and Engr.

Ijaz Hussain Ansari (Chief Engineer Abbotabad Circle) were promoted to BPS-20 in the previous PSB meeting.

According to official seniority list of BPS-20 officers of C&W Department KP, Engr. Muhammad Uzair is on top of the list followed by Engr. Shahab Khattak, Engr. Tarirq Khan, Engr. Ijaz Hussain Ansari and Engr. Shahid Hussain. Of the total five BPS-20 officers, four have done their Senior Management Course (SMC) from the National Institute of Management Sciences.

All the BPS-20 engineers of C&W Department are working against their designated positions except for Engr. Shahid Hussain who is working against BPS-18 position as Director Maintenance PkHA.
