Unity Of Ummah Need Of Hour: Dr Noor-Ul-Haq

RAWALPINDI, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 6th Nov, 2018 ) :Unity in Muslim Ummah is need of the hour and the people of Pakistan can play their role for the progress, prosperity and stability of the country through unity and harmony.

Federal Minister for Religious Affairs and Interfaith Harmony Dr Noor-Ul-Haq Qadri said Monday night while addressing a big congregation on the occasion of "Role of Mujahedeen in the Sub-Continent" conference held here at Madresa Zia ul Uloom.

He said by forging unity among them, making Madina Munawwara their center of gravity and by following the teachings of the Holy Prophet (peace be upon him), Muslims can overcome all their problems and difficulties.

He stressed on the need for adopting the philosophy and teachings of Sahaba Karam (RA)and Ulema of the sub-continent for durable peace and called upon the Muslims of the country to forge unity, harmony to get rid of western powers hegemony.

The minister lauded the role of the Pakistan Army for maintaining peace in the country, adding Pak Army was the guarantor of our beloved country's boundaries.

Dr Noor also appreciated the Ulema for playing vital role to end sit-in staged by Tehreek Labaik all over the country.

Member Council of Islamic Ideology, Professor Dr. Noor Ahmed Shahtaz while speaking on the occasion highlighted the role of Imam Shafi, Imam Hambal and Imam Ahmed Raza Brelvi in the field of islam.

Later, Pir Haseen ud Din Shah prayed for the progress, prosperity and solidarity of Pakistan andfor unity among the Muslims.
