Unwholesome meat recovered; butcher held

DG KHAN, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 15th August, 2016) : A butcher was arrested and fine was imposed on two others for selling sub-standard meat here Monday. Superintendent Slaughter House Dr Asif Naseem alongwith team of livestock department raided at meat market block no-7 and arrested a butcher Irfan s/o Shaftaan for slaughtering animals illegally.

The department got registered an FIR against the accused in the city police station. The team also raided at Dari Peer Adil and arrested two butchers Ghulam Rasool and Fida Hussain for selling sub-standard meat and imposed a fine of Rs 9000 on them.
