Punjab Chief Minister will continue serving the people of the province, Shehbaz Gill.
LAHORE- (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News- 19th April 2019) Punjab CM spokesman Shehbaz Gill has dispelled the reports regarding the removal of Usman Buzdar.
“Prime Minister Imran Khan has conveyed clearly that Punjab Chief Minister Usman Buzdar is not going anywhere,” said Gill.
Senior journalist Hamid Mir has backed the statement of Gill, saying the PM has ‘so far’ decided to continue with the Punjab and KP chief ministers. He said the Punjab bureaucracy was being changed to assist Buzdar.
The option to remove Buzdar could be taken seriously if even after the reshuffle in bureaucracy he failed to perform well, said Mir.
Punjab Information Minister Samsam Ali Bukhari has also rejected the rumors regarding change of Usman Buzdar.
The news regarding the removal of Punjab CM has been circulating in media since long and many claims this time it had been decided that he will no more continue as Punjab’s chief executive.
