VRCs To Remain Close From Sept 11 To 14:UNHCR

ISLAMABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News -6th Sept,2016) : United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) has issued a notification that Voluntary Repatriation Centres (VRCs) in Chamkani, Peshawar and Baleli, Quetta will be closed from September 11 to 14 due to the Eid-ul-Adha holidays.
Both Chamkani in Peshawar and Baleli in Quetta VRCs will resume the routine operation on September 15,said a notification here on Tuesday. Encashment Centres in Afghanistan will be closed from September 12 to September 14, 2016.
They will resume operations on September 15. Registered Afghan refugees in Pakistan who wish to proceed through the VRCs must contact the following UNHCR helpline numbers, which are operational between 8am to 8pm, before approaching the centres.
