WASA Rawalpindi has started work on 25 projects to overcome water crisis in Rawalpindi.As per media reports under first project it has been decided to install water meters and impose tariff on all commercial units for using underground water.Under
RAWALPINDI (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 23rd March, 2019) WASA Rawalpindi has started work on 25 projects to overcome water crisis in Rawalpindi.As per media reports under first project it has been decided to install water meters and impose tariff on all commercial units for using underground water.
Under the second project approval has been accorded to bring all housing societies into water tax net.
The ban will be fully imposed on washing the vehicles with clean water from next month. Now the vehicles will be allowed to be washed with recycled water.Installation of rain water tank has been made mandatory in the homes for storage of rain water. No domestic map will be passed without allocation of area for rain water tank in the homes.
