A WhatsApp group is being created to provide breeding related guidance to private breeders.
LAHORE, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 6th Jul, 2018 ) :A WhatsApp group is being created to provide breeding related guidance to private breeders.
Punjab Wildlife and Parks sources said this on Friday. The group would help create awareness about the adopted methods for care and breeding of animals in zoos, breeding centres and wildlife parks of the province.
Sources said keeping in view the weather conditions, recommendations of the nutrition committee regarding the diseases and food of animals would also be shared in the WhatsApp group so that private breeders could benefit from it.
Besides WhatsApp, a short message service would also be made functional so that those who do not have facility of smart phone and internet could also get information, added the sources.
Sources said that registration process of private breeders had been made transparent and easy while WhatsApp group would not only help in sharing information with the breeders but the department would also come to know about their problems.
