Youm-e-Istehsal Kashmir observed with enthusiasm, high spirits

LODHRAN, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 5th Aug, 2024) Like other parts of the country, Youm-e-Istehsal Kashmir was marked with enthusiasm and high spirits in Lodhran district here Monday. The ceremonies were held in all three tehsils of the Lodhran district.

Rallies were held at the district and tehsil headquarters to express solidarity with the Kashmiri people.

The main rally at the district headquarters was taken out from the Deputy Commissioner's office to Ghausia Chowk led by Assistant Commissioner Lodhran, Atiq Ullah.

The rally was attended by Chief Executive Officer District education Authority Naik Muhammad Sheikh, District Health Officer Dr. Rasheed Anjum, District sports Officer Muhammad Sajid, government employees, and a large number of school children.

A large number of people from various walks of life also participated in the rally.

Under the auspices of the District Education Authority Lodhran, a photo exhibition was organized in schools, depicting the atrocities committed by Indian forces on the people of occupied Kashmir.

Assistant Commissioner Lodhran Atiq Ullah talking to the media persons said that efforts would be made to inform the world about the atrocities being committed against the people of occupied Kashmir.

He emphasized that effective messages had been delivered to the world on national and international platforms to liberate the oppressed Kashmiris from Indian state exploitation and right to self determination.

He thanked the public for their enthusiastic participation in the rally.

On the occasion of Youm-e-Istehsal, seminars were held in government colleges and schools. The flags of Kashmir and Pakistan were hoisted on all government and private buildings.

The municipal committees of the tehsils displayed banners throughout the city in this regard. Additionally, the Secretary Regional Transport Authority Lodhran decorated public transport with Kashmir and Pakistan flags and stickers.
