Youth Urged To Take Full Advantage Of Career Counselling Programmes

NAUSHEHRO FEROZE, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 12th Dec, 2017 ) :The Deputy Commissioner Dr. Waseem Ali has urged upon the youth to take full advantage of career counselling programmes to make themselves ready to cope with future challenges.

He was addressing "Change Youth lives" programme organized by Sindh sports department in collaboration with an NGO "I Learn Pakistan" here on Tuesday. The Deputy Commissioner informed that the Sindh Govt had launched 'career counselling programmes' for youth especially those who belong to rural areas so that they could be provided modern education and training opportunities at par with the urban areas.

"Change Youth Lives" programme was aimed to enhance the skills of the students by imparting them modern training and education.

A large number of students including girls have participated the programmes held at Govt Girls Higher Secondary school and Govt Boys Degree College Naushehro Feroze.

Sayed Usman Ibrahim, Shazia Sarfraz, Sayed Sarfraz Rumi and others have guided the students to select a suitable field of career and thoroughly described all the steps necessary to plan the career.

The District Sports officer Arshad Arain, the Deputy Director Social Welfare department Sayed Ali Ahmed Shah, the Assistant Commissioner Sayed Mudassar Shah, the Principal Govt Degree College Khalifa Muhammad Afzal, Shazia Qazi, Ambreena Kanjo and others were present on the occasion.
