Khamaaj' Musical Concert Rocks Twin Cities

A live musical concert of Khamaaj band enthralled the music lovers of twin cities of Islamabad and Rawalpindi with its incredible musical performance here on Wednesday evening
The music festival had a lot more to offer apart from the pleasant voices, from the concert to the accompanying bonfires and scrumptious dinner, organized the students of a private university, whereas, the concert was sponsored by a local restaurant.
Music lovers are already familiar with the Pepsi Battle of the Bands kicked off with auditions of some talented singers from the country, where people saw many aspiring singers, a band named 'Khamaaj' stands out among all. It appeared in second episode of the audition and impressed the masses to a greater level.
However, fans left extremely disappointed when the judges panel including Fawad Khan, Meesha Shafi and Farooq Ahmed eliminate the band.
The band named Khamaaj, consisting of 9 members, who appeared in the 2nd episode of the auditions, performed their original "Bezubaan". The song consists of some really mature lyrics, and by some miles had the best vocal quality from the lead singer.
The song started off with a very subtle guitar riff, and you hear the lead singer, Wajid, who by the way also has written the lyrics of the song, bringing in his alaaps, that instantly catch your attention, due to the haunting, painful and heart touching feel in his voice.
