Lok Virsa To Screen Classic Film "Lazawal" Of 1984

ISLAMABAD, (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 12th Oct, 2018 ) :National Institute of Folk and Traditional Heritage (Lok Virsa) Mandwa Film Club would organize screening of classic film "Lazawal" 1984 on Saturday.

The film was released in the year 1984 "Lazawal" stars Shabnam, Nadeem, Javed Sheikh, Ghulam Mohayuddin, Zamurrad, Firdous and Talish.

It is a classic 80s drama directed by Javed Fazil. This is one of the few films which featured superstars of the 80s together on the same screen.

The film was directed by Javed Fazil and features memorable songs composed by Amjad Bobby in the voices of Naheed Akhtar, Akhlaq Ahmad and A. Nayyar.

An evergreen classic from "Lazawal" is " Aap Apni Mishal Hota Hai Pyar Toa Lazawal Hota Hay".

An official of Lok Virsa told APP that this is a free screening and everyone is welcome to join us.

He said that Lok Virsa Mandwa film club will continue its effort to promote Pakistan film industry and its artists by projecting their work. As well as we are promoting the soft image and projecting the positivity of our country in the World.

"Still more films from our glorious past which relates to our folk culture and traditions, more glimpse of international cinema, more dazzling presence of movie celebrities and more fun is in the priority list of our film club", he said.

The official said that our new talent can learn from the film industry of golden era.
