Priyanka Chopra faces backlash as Quantico takes Pak-India turn

Indian nationalists plot a terrorist attack, intending to frame Pakistan, in latest episode

Islamabad (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News – 5th June, 2018) Bollywood actress Priyanka Chopra who stars in American tv series Quantico has received severe backlash as the latest episode portrayed Indians as terrorists.

In the episode aired on June 1, an MIT professor acquires radioactive material Uranium with which he plans to make a nuclear bomb.

An India-Pakistan summit to be held in New York City is his target where ‘Indian nationalists’ plot a terrorist attack with the intention of blaming it on Pakistan.

Although it shows how India actually tries to frame Pakistan of terrorism, patriots and nationalists in India were not happy over the episode.

Priyanka Chopra was therefore heavily slammed on Twitter over the latest episode.
