Says she does any see any truth in allegations made by Meesha Shafi
Karachi (UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News – 23rd Apr, 2018) The tweet of model and singer Meesha Shafi accusing Ali Zafar of sexual harassment has become a talk of the town.
The showbiz celebrities are also giving their two cents over the issue. Speaking on the matter in a tv program, film and TV actress Resham has said that we feel a blow whenever we hear something like this about an artist who promotes Pakistan’s name abroad.
She said that whenever I talked to Ali Zafar, I never found him indecent. “I don’t think he can do something like that. We attended his wedding and meet him at various parties and award shows but he never did anything like that. He neither faced any scandal in his career nor did he do something to bring a bad name to Pakistan.
I know him for 19, 20 years and according to my personal experience, he is a good human being and a good friend,” she said.
The actress went on to say that Meesha probably had some misunderstanding with him that she should solve herself.
Resham said that she does any see any truth in these allegations and surely, there is something else behind this issue. Meesha herself is a capable artist and is the daughter of a renowned actress.
She said that a woman is as powerful as a man in present age. If a man intends to harass her then she can hit her and put him in his limits.
