All KP Minorities Wing Twenty20 Cricket Begins

All Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Minorities Wing Twenty20 Cricket got under way here at Hostel No. 2 ground University of Peshawar on Friday

PESHAWAR, (APP - UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News - 24th May, 2019 ) :All Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Minorities Wing Twenty20 cricket got under way here at Hostel No. 2 ground University of Peshawar on Friday.

Senior Vice President Minorities Wing KP Nasir Bhatti was the chief guest on this occasion.

Organizing Secretary Rahat Ihsan, and international boxing technical official Itrat Nazir, Ashar George, Rahat Nazir, Rameesh, Dawood and Ihtisham were also present. The event is being played in a joint collaboration of Directorate of sports KP and Sports and Culture Committee of Minorities Wing with 16 teams from Christian, Hindo, Sikh and Parsa Minorities are taking part in the Twenty20 Cup.

In the opening match Asim Club defeated Forest College team by 17 runs. Asim club won the toss and elected to bat first by setting up 102 runs and in reply Forest College team bundled out for 85 runs.
